When does my In-Home Plumbing Protection Plan become active?

The In-Home Protection Plan will become active 30 days after your payment is received, thereafter, a convenient low monthly payment will be withdrawn from your account of choice. We utilize a 30-day window prior to Plan start date in the event we elect to perform an inspection of your In-Home Plumbing.

What does In-Home Protection Plan cover?

Does the In-Home Plumbing Plan cover any type of heating/cooling systems?

No. These systems are typically serviced by your oil or gas company.

Will you open wall to make a repair on a leaking pipe?

Depending on location and where it is safe to do so, we will open a wall to make a repair. Closing a wall or patching is homeowner’s responsibility.  Your homeowner’s insurance policy may cover that cost.

When does my Water Line Protection Plan become active?

The Water Line Protection Plan will become active 30 days after your payment is received, thereafter, a convenient low monthly payment will be withdrawn from your account of choice.  We utilize a 30-day window prior to Plan start date in the event we elect to perform an inspection of your water service line.

Local water company and/or your local municipality determines the rules and regulations regarding your responsibility. To confirm your responsibility, contact your local water utility.

What is the difference between a water line and sewer line?
